Features: a.The washing machine can clean thickness 3-25mm flat glass, the machine is horizontal structure, a feed section, roller brush cleaning drying section, the out section. This machine can be use with tempering furnace and doubling production line. b.regards to the Clean section the glass thickness can be directly set on the machine . upper frame according to the Size designation, use the stepper motor drives the screw to adjust, PLC control system . c. frequency control adjust the glass conveying speed. d.There brushes (all soft brush), there a pre spraying device in feeding section , can cleaning coated glass and Low-E glass. e. Three are three washing areas with three sets of three-phase motor pumps, water tank and air knife are all made of stainless steel, composed of two air knives (a wind straight knife and a pair of Oblique air knife), High pressure fan blow dry. f. Separate independent rack up and down (washing drying section) can increase 400mm, easy to repair. g. Fans doesn't take up space in the machine , sealed in a sealed box fan, which has noise reduction device, can reduce the noise. Blower outlet is equipped with throttle, the fan can be set without glass and space, which can reduce noise and air knife blower power consumption. h.
